阳离子抗泥剂对含黏土水泥胶砂性能的影响及机理分析 被引量:3

The influence of cationic anti-sludge agent on the properties of clay-bearing cement-based colloidal sand and its mechanism analysis

摘要 以丙烯酰胺、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、环氧氯丙烷及二甲胺等为主要原料制备了高阳离子度抗泥剂。通过水泥胶砂试验,研究抗泥剂对典型黏土矿物存在下减水剂效果的影响;通过孔隙率研究抗泥剂对水泥胶砂孔结构的影响;并通过黏土膨胀及吸水测试、小角度X衍射、总有机碳等手段研究了抗泥剂在水-水泥浆体-黏土-聚羧酸减水剂体系中的作用机理。结果表明,随抗泥剂掺量的增加,胶砂扩展度经时损失减小、抗压强度提高,抗泥剂掺量为黏土质量的8%(折固)时,含4%蒙脱土、高岭土水泥胶砂的抗压强度分别提高了25.0%、21.2%;掺入2.4%抗泥剂时,蒙脱土和高岭土的体积防膨胀率分别为86%、91.8%;掺入1.6%抗泥剂时,黏土的吸水量明显减小,表明竞争吸附为抗泥作用中的关键。 A high cationic anti-sludge agent was prepared by taking acrylamide,dimethyldiallylammonium chloride,Epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as main raw materials.The effect of high cationic anti-sludge agent on the water-reducing agent effect in the presence of typical clay minerals was studied by testing the properties of cement mortar.The porosity was used to study the influence of the anti-sludge agent on the structure of cement mortar.The functional mechanism of anti-sludge agent on water-water slurry-clay-polycarboxylate superplasticizer system was studied by clay swelling and water absorption test,small angle X-ray diffraction,and total organic carbon(TOC)research methods.The results show that with the increase of the anti-sludge agent amount,the mortar expansion time loss decreased and the compressive strength increased.When the addition of anti-sludge agent is 8%converted to solid of the clay mass,the compressive strength of cement mortar with 4%montmorillonite and kaolin increased by 25%and 21.2%respectively.After adding 2.4%anti-sludge agent,volume expansion rate of montmorillonite and kaolinite is 86%,91.8%respectively,and only after adding 1.6%anti-sludge agent,the water absorption of clay is significantly reduced,indicating that competitive adsorption is the key for the anti-sludge effect.
