The advantages and disadvantages of the class management of the head teacher will not only affect the physical and mental development of the students,but also affect the class atmosphere and study atmosphere of the class.This paper discusses the strategies of effective class management of senior middle school head teachers from five aspects:improving students'psychological quality,being strict and loving to students,managing class affairs together with the whole class,creating a good style of study and criticizing education appropriately.
