思想政治课渗透职业生涯规划意识的研究

Research on the Infiltration of Career Planning Consciousness into Ideological and Political Course

作为肩负“立德树人”根本任务的思政课教师,上好初中阶段的职业生涯规划课不仅十分必要,也是大势所趋。文章分析初中生职业规划意识的现状,指出思政课中渗透职业生涯规划意识的对策:摆正观念,立足长远;立足教材,用好教材;以生为本,投其所好;与时俱进,探索新生;活动体验,实践感知。

As a teacher of ideological and political education,it is not only necessary but also the general trend to have a good career planning course in junior middle school.This paper analyzes the current situation of junior middle school students'career planning consciousness,and points out the countermeasures of infiltrating career planning consciousness in ideological and political course:straighten out the concept,based on the long-term;based on teaching materials,make good use of teaching materials;take the life as the foundation,throw oneself in the good place;keep pace with the times and explore new life;activity experience,practice perception.
