积极心理学视域下和谐师生与生生关系的构建探索

Exploration of the Construction of Harmonious Relationship between Teachers and Students from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要 构建和谐的师生、生生关系,关系着学校的校风、校容、校纪问题,也关系着学生是否得到最优质的教育。文章分析积极心理学与消极心理学,探讨积极心理学在和谐校园构建过程中的重要性,指出和谐校园构建过程中积极心理学的实践策略:树立积极教育的理念,培养师生的积极人格,创建良好的校园环境。 Building harmonious relationship between teachers and students is related to the school spirit,school appearance,school discipline,and whether students get the best education.This paper analyzes positive psychology and negative psychology,discusses the importance of positive psychology in the process of building a harmonious campus,and points out the practical strategies of positive psychology in the process of building a harmonious campus:establishing the concept of positive education,cultivating the positive personality of teachers and students,and creating a good campus environment.
