摘要 公费师范生作为乡村中小学教师的主力军,其职业认同感对于乡村教育的发展有重要影响。基于多元线性回归模型,采用逐步线性回归分析和Pearson相关分析对职前、职后公费师范生的职业认同感进行调查研究,从国家、师范院校、乡村地区等层面研究培育和提高公费师范生职业认同感的路径。 Tuition-free Normal Students as the main force of rural primary and secondary school teachers,their professional identity has an important influence in the development of rural education.Based on the multiple linear regression model,this paper uses stepwise linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation analysis to investigate and study the dimensions of professional identity of Tuition-free Normal Students,and to find solutions to improve the professional identity of Tuition-free Normal Students from the national,social and normal colleges.
