摘要
为了应对市场需求变化造成的产能变动,提高公司和产品的竞争力,实现行业领先的目标,公司在能源管理中,引入非生产电能比率的概念,并确定指标指导能源管理工作。在低生产负荷条件下,利用非生产电能比率作为管理工具,以降低该比率为出发点,实施了一系列改善措施并取得实效。
In order to cope with the changes in production capacity caused by changes in market demand,improve the competitiveness of the company and products,and achieve the company's goal of leading the industry,the company introduces the concept of non-production electric energy ratio in energy management and puts forward indicators to guide energy management.This paper mainly describes a series of improvement activities carried out under the condition of low production load,using the non-production electric energy ratio as the management tool and reducing the non-production electric energy ratio as the starting point,as well as the experience gained from the improvement activities.
