摘要
为考察生产组件硅胶软管中二甲基环体硅氧烷向药物中的迁移情况,建立了注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠中3种硅氧烷的测定方法。采用气相色谱法对注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠中3种硅氧烷进行测定,结果表明,药物中未检测到3种硅氧烷。
In order to investigate the migration of dimethyl cyclosiloxane in the production component silicone hose to the drug,a method for the determination of three kinds of siloxanes in methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection is established.Gas chromatography is used to determine three kinds of siloxanes in methylprednisolone sodium succinate for injection.The results show that three kinds of siloxanes are not detected in the drug.
