摘要
针对目前隔热膜材料存在贴膜施工难,透光性差、隔热效果差等问题,利用二氧化硅气凝胶的绝热性能和二氧化钛的抗紫外线、吸收红外线的性能,引入甲基和氟碳基改性,及纳米银粒子的反射作用和吸收红外线作用,以PVB为模板复合制备的气凝胶隔热涂料可刷涂制备气凝胶隔热膜,该材料为环境友好型新材料,具有超级疏水、疏油、绝热、高透光性的特性,且施工简单,可广泛应用于建筑玻璃等领域。
In view of the problems such as difficult film coating,poor transparency and poor thermal insulation of thermal insulation film material,using the thermal insulation property of silica aerogel and the anti-ultraviolet absorption property of titanium dioxide,introducing methyl and fluorocarbon group modification as well as the reflection and infrared absorption of silver nanoparticles,the aerogel thermal insulation coating prepared with PVB as a template can be coated to prepare aerogel thermal insulation film.The material is a new environmental friendly material,with super hydrophobic,oleophobic,thermal insulation,high transparency characteristics,and simple construction,which can be widely used in the field of building glass.
