Pearl white color can enhance the advanced sense of vehicle appearance,and it is more and more applied to major automobile models.Combined with the modification project of Corolla and Vios series of the third production line of Tianjin FAW Toyota,the introduction experience of waterborne pearl white color is introduced.This paper focuses on the introduction method,the causes of defects and solutions,as well as the quality management of pearl white color.
