冲压模具压边圈工艺改善与生产成本递减研究 被引量:1

摘要 压边圈是为防止冲压拉伸过程中工件边缘部分失稳,引起钢板从四周向中间走料过多导致制件起皱,而在成型模具凹、凸模之间边缘部分设置的圈形压紧锁料装置。为降低冲压制件生产成本,在新车导入过程中需对模具拉延筋进行设计式样变更。由于拉延筋改进后应用的局限性,冲压针对涨形模具——门外板模具进行了改善,使冲压生产成本显著递减。 The blank holder is a ring-shaped pressing and locking device set at the edge between the concave and convex dies of the forming die to prevent the instability of the edge of the workpiece in the process of stamping and drawing,which will cause the excessive feeding of the steel plate from the periphery to the middle and cause the wrinkling of the workpiece.In order to reduce the production cost of stamping parts,it is necessary to change the design style of die drawbead in the process of new car introduction.Because of the limitation of the application of the improved drawbead,the stamping risingshape die,outer door panel die is improved to reduce the production cost of stamping parts.
