认知互动与代码契约:虚拟科学共同体中科研人员的合作机制 被引量:1

Cognitive Interaction and Code Contract: Cooperation Mechanism of Researchers in Virtual Science Community

摘要 网络化科学研究空间所形成的虚拟科学共同体,在随机性条件下,能够进行有效的合作解问题。促成合作的重要因素在于认知互动和代码契约的有效构建,即虚拟科学共同体成员之间的认知互动,在不断反思的马尔可夫链上,可以形成一个综合的集体创造力,而共享的契约性安排、心理契约的代码表征、持久性关系的代码构成这三个要素所构建的代码契约,是激励虚拟科学共同体中科研人员长久合作的重要机制。 The virtual scientific community formed by the networked scientific research space can solve problems effectively under the condition of randomness.The important factors for cooperation lie in the effective construction of cognitive interaction and code contract,that is,the cognitive interaction among the members of the virtual scientific community can form a comprehensive collective creativity on the Markov chain of continuous reflection.And the sharing of the code contract constructed by contractual arrangement,code representation of psychological contract and code composition of persistent relationship,which is an important mechanism to encourage long-term cooperation among researchers in virtual science community.
