摘要
以丙酮为内标物,建立了一种气相色谱-质谱法测定己烷中痕量苯的方法。实验结果表明,在质量浓度为0.0006%~0.1808%之间,标准曲线的相关系数为0.9995,线性良好,相对标准偏差为1.02%(n=8),回收率在101.56%~103.22%之间,方法操作简单,检出限低,精密度好,准确度高。
Using acetone as the internal standard,a method for the determination of trace benzene in hexane by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The experimental results showed that the correlation coefficient of the benzene standard curve between the concentration of 0.0006%and 0.1808%is 0.9995,the linearity is good,the relative standard deviation is 1.02%(n=8),the recovery rate is between101.56%and 103.22%,the method is simple,low detection limit,good precision and high accuracy.
