摘要
本实验使用高频红外碳硫仪测定土壤中的有机碳。对取样质量、助熔剂加入顺序、添加质量等因素进行了研究,结果表明:当样品取样量为1.0000g、纯铁助熔剂和钨锡助熔剂添加量分别为0.80和1.00g时,有机碳检测结果较好。经国家一级标准物质验证,方法检出限为0.003%,RSD(n=7)小于1.69%,相对误差小于1.14%且重现性良好,能满足批量测定土壤样品中有机碳含量的要求。
A high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzer was used to determine the organic carbon content in the soil in batches.The influence of factors such as sample weighing quality and flux addition quality on the experimental results was explored.The results show that when the sample weighing is 1.0000g;the pure iron flux and the tungsten tin flux are 0.80 and 1.00g respectively,The organic carbon determination result is ideal.The experimental method was verified by national first-level reference materials.The detection limit of the method is 0.003%,the RSD(n=7)is less than 1.69%,the relative error is less than 1.14%,and the reproducibility is well,which can meet the requirements for batch determination of organic carbon content in soil samples.
