摘要
以青海省海东市平安县不同地区采集的富硒土壤为样本,采用原子荧光法测定土壤中的有效硒。以0.1mol·L^(-1)的KH_(2)PO_(4)为浸提剂,设定振荡温度为30℃,振荡时间为60min,振荡频率为1500r·min^(-1),将振荡后的溶液离心,取上清液进行微波消解。该方法的线性良好,准确度和精密度满足标准方法的要求,相对标准偏差为1.82%~4.67%。
Taking selenium-rich soils collected from different areas of Ping'an County,Haidong City,Qinghai Province as samples,the available selenium in soil was determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.0.1mol·L^(-1) Potassium dihydrogen phosphate was used as the extraction agent,the oscillation temperature was set at 30℃,the oscillation time was 60min,and the oscillation frequency was 1500r·min^(-1).The solution after oscillation was centrifuged,and the supernatant was taken for microwave digestion.The accuracy and precision of this method meet the requirements of standard methods,and the relative standard deviation is 1.82~4.67%.
