艾草的化学成分及临床应用

Chemical composition and clinical application of Artemisia argyi

艾草(Artemisia argyi Levl.et van),为多年生草本或略成半灌木状植物,具备药用、食用的双重功能,被广泛应用于医疗和食疗领域。本文通过对艾草的活性成分进行系统的整理,发现艾草中的挥发油、多糖类、黄酮类、多酚类等化学成分随产地的不同,其含量及种类亦不同,而微量元素却无明显变化。通过对艾草的药理学研究发现艾叶中的挥发油在抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、抗癌、抗肿瘤、止咳平喘、抗氧化、抗衰老、保肝等方面均可发挥一定的药理作用,不同活性成分对应相同的药理作用表现出不同的作用机制,同一活性成分可以有多种药理作用。本文对艾草的化学成分、有效成分的药理作用及临床应用进行整理综述,为其进一步深入研究提供参考。

Mugwort(Artemisia argyi levl.Et van)is a perennial herb or a semi-shrubby plant.It has both medicinal and edible functions and is widely used in medical treatment and food therapy.In this paper,the active components of Artemisia argyi were systematically sorted out,and it was found that the contents and types of volatile oils,polysaccharides,flavonoids,polyphenols and other chemical components in Artemisia argyi varied with the different habitats,but the trace elements did not change significantly.Through pharmacological research on mugwort,it has been found that the volatile oil in mugwort leaves can play a certain pharmacological role in anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antiviral,anti-cancer,anti-tumor,cough and asthma,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,live protection,etc.Different active ingredients correspond to the same pharmacological action and show different action mechanisms.The same active ingredient can have multiple pharmacological actions.In this paper,the chemical components,pharmacological effects of active components of Artemisia argyi were summarized,which provided references for further research of Artemisia argyi.
