摘要
随着国际执法合作日益紧密,公安国际化人才需求增加,国际组织人才培养也是当前公安教育的迫切需求。国际刑警组织作为全球安全治理的行为体之一,其对人才胜任力要求也是公安国际化人才培养的参考标准之一。通过访谈和问卷调查分析,公安院校学生国际刑警组织胜任力水平在性别、毕业与否等多个维度上有显著性差异,建议从提高人才培养认知、构建人才胜任力模型、优化知识结构、分层分类培养等方面优化公安国际化人才培养与输送路径。
With the increasingly close international law enforcement cooperation,as well as the demand for international police talents is increasing,and the cultivation of international organization talents is also an urgent need of current police education.Interpol,as one of the actors in global security governance,have their requirements on talent competency,which is also one of the reference standards for the training of international police talents.Through interviews and questionnaires,there are significant differences in the competence level of Interpol among the students of police colleges and universities in multiple dimensions,such as gender,whether they graduated or not.It is suggested to optimize the training and transportation path of international police talents from the aspects of improving talent training cognition,constructing talent competence model,optimizing knowledge structure,hierarchical and classified training and so on.
