Thinking on Strengthening Management of Commercial Shooting Ranges under New Circumstances

以公安机关贯彻落实"放管服"改革为背景,以完善政府监管为视角,对营业性射击场管理中存在的行业布局、营业性射击场设置标准、监管力度等问题进行了探讨,通过加强行业规划、完善行业标准体系、建立健全行业监管手段和监管方式、激励管理创新等途径来完善营业性射击场的管理,以此促进行业发展,更好地保障社会公共安全。

With the public security organs’implementation of the reform of"delegating control and service"as the background,and from the perspective of improving government supervision,the industry layout,the setting standards of commercial shooting ranges,and the intensity of supervision and other issues in the management of commercial shooting ranges are discussed by strengthening industry planning,improvement of the industry standard system,establishment and improvement of industry supervision methods and methods,incentive management innovation and other ways to improve the management of commercial shooting ranges,so as to promote the development of the industry and better protect the social public safety.
