职业技能竞赛引领高职院校赛教融合体系的构建与实践

The Construction and Practice of the Integration of Competition and Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Professional Skill Competition

职业技能竞赛对高职院校培养技能型人才的实际操作能力、实现专业教学与技能竞赛的深度融合具有引领作用。但目前高职院校应对职业技能竞赛时,课程教学与职业技能竞赛内容脱节,备赛内容与企业需求不对称。为此,笔者所在学校结合职业技能竞赛内容创新构建“四双”和“六融”人才培养模式,通过营造“赛教融合”的育人生态圈、搭建多元高效的实践教学平台、组建“赛教双师型”专业教学团队以及建立全面且完善的技能竞赛保障制度等路径,建立赛教融合体系。

Vocational skill competition plays a leading role in cultivating practical operation ability of skilled talents in higher vocational colleges and realizing the deep integration of professional teaching and skill competition.Currently skills competition in higher vocational colleges is out of touch with professional teaching and the needs of enterprises. On this basis, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation of "Four-Doubles" and "Six-Integration" under the background of skill competition, and puts forward the practice for constructing the "integration of competition and teaching" system in higher vocational colleges, which is to create a ecosystem of "integration of competition and education", to build a diversified and efficient practice teaching platform, to set up a professional teaching team with "dual-qualification of competition and teaching", and to establish a comprehensive and complete guarantee system for skill competition.
