高职院校服务区域科技创新与经济发展的路径--以江苏省无锡市为例

Research on the Path of Improving the Regional Scientific and Technological Innovation and the Economic Development Served by Higher Vocational Colleges--Taking Wuxi Higher Vocational Colleges as an Example

随着高职教育内涵式发展的推进和无锡区域经济的发展,高职院校服务科技创新发展和支撑经济发展的两大功能越来越凸显其重要性。目前,江苏省无锡市部分高职院校的专业设置与区域经济发展对接不紧密,科技创新氛围不浓,科技成果转化率不高,高层次科技创新人才匮乏,科技创新平台和团队建设力度不够。因此,政府引领,强化专业布局与产业需求的紧密对接;政策支撑,以校企深度合作推进科技成果转化;围绕需求,引进高层次科技人才;依托平台,培育科技创新团队,均是高职院校服务区域科技创新与经济发展的实现路径。

With the promotion of connotative development of higher vocational education,the two important functions of serving scientific and technological innovation and supporting regional economic development are becoming more and more prominent.At present,there are some problems in higher vocational colleges,such as the lack of connection between specialty setting and regional economic development,the lack of scientific and technological innovation atmosphere and ability,the lack of high-level talents,the lack of scientific and technological innovation platform and the construction of scientific and technological innovation team.Therefore,firstly,it should be integrated the specialty layout with industrial demands those that guided by the government.Then,it should be promoted the scientific and technological achievements to be transformed by the policy.Moreover,it should be introduced into the high-level talents in accordance with the needs.Finally,it should be cultivated the scientific and technological team by the platform.The above measures can achieve the goal of improve the scientific and technological innovation and regional economic development served by the higher vocational colleges.
