弘扬优秀传统文化与助推乡村振兴的实践与思考--以岳阳县张谷英古村保护开发为例

Practice and Thinking of Carrying forward Excellent Traditional Culture and Boosting Rural Revitalization--Taking the Protection and Development of Zhangguying Village in Yueyang County as an Example

历史文化名村、传统村落是彰显和传承中华优秀传统文化的重要载体。系统回顾和总结全国重点文物保护单位张谷英古村近三十年来的保护开发历程和主要工作,阐述传统村落优秀文化对乡风文明、乡村治理、生态文明和产业振兴的助推作用,坚持问题导向,能推进传统村落的乡村文化振兴。

Famous historical and cultural villages and traditional villages are important carriers to highlight and inherit excellent traditional Chinese culture.This paper systematically reviews and summarizes the protection and development process and main work of Zhangguying village,a national key cultural relic protection unit,in the past30 years.It focuses on the role of promoting the excellent culture of traditional villages in promoting rural culture,rural governance,ecological civilization and industrial revitalization.On this basis,it insists on the problem-oriented approach.Constructive thinking is carried out to further do this work well in the new journey.
