银杏叶黄酮主要组分及其配比的抗氧化性作用 被引量:6

摘要 对槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素3种银杏黄酮主要组分及其复配溶液抗氧化能力的研究结果表明:(1)槲皮素、山奈酚、异鼠李素可有效清除DPPH自由基,具有相当的总还原力,且随着浓度的增加而增加,具有剂量效应;清除DPPH自由基能力、总还原力均为槲皮素>山奈酚>异鼠李素。(2)3个主要组分的配比显著影响了复配液的总还原力,T7(3:1:3)和T4(2:1:2)是2个较好的复配处理。(3)槲皮素、异鼠李素配伍具有提高清除DPPH自由基清除能力的作用,槲皮素与山奈酚、山奈酚与异鼠李素配伍均降低清除DPPH自由基清除能力;槲皮素、异鼠李素配伍具有削弱总还原力的作用,而槲皮素与山奈酚、山奈酚与异鼠李素配施提高总还原力。 The main results of the study on antioxidant ability of main components of quercetin,kaempferol,isorhamnetin and their complexe are as follows:(1)quercetin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin can effectively scavenge DPPH free radicals,and have a considerable total reducing power,and increase with the increase of concentration,with a dose effect;scavenging DPPH free radical energy The results showed that quercetin>kaempferol>isorhamnetin.(2)The ratio of the three main components significantly affected the total reducing power of the compound solution,among which T7(3∶1∶3)and T4(2∶1∶2)were two better combination treatments.(3)The combination of quercetin and isorhamnetin can improve the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical,while the combination of quercetin and kaempferol,kaempferol and isorhamnetin can reduce the scavenging ability of DPPH free radical;the combination of quercetin and isorhamnetin can weaken the total reducing power,while the combination of quercetin and kaempferol,kaempferol and isorhamnetin can increase the total reducing power.
