摘要
东庞矿9400采区在地面布置2口多分支水平井进行煤田奥陶系灰岩水患注浆治理。针对影响钻孔探查控制范围的主要因素,基于对矿区钻井地质条件、井下钻具摩阻等因素进行详细的理论分析,采取优化轨迹设计、岩屑钻时录井、随钻自然伽马等措施来保证水平段钻进层位,通过优化钻井液体系、钻具组合,合理配置钻进方式等措施可实现大位移水平段成井,有效延伸单个分支的探查距离,扩大单孔治理范围,实现矿区水患的有效超前治理。
To govern coalfield Ordovician limestone water hazard through grouting,the Dongpang coalmine has laid out 2 surface grouting multi-branch horizontal wells for No.9400 winning district extraction.Considering the main factors impacting borehole control range,on account of mine area drilling geological condition,downhole drilling tool frictional resistance etc factors have carried out detailed theoretical analysis.Using optimized trajectory design,drilling cuttings time logging,gamma-ray logging while drilling etc measures have ensured horizontal segment drilling horizon accurate;through optimized drilling fluid system,drilling tool assembly,rational drilling method allocation etc measures realized large displacement horizontal segment completion;extended single branch exploring distance effectively,expanded single borehole governing range and realized mine area water hazard effective advance governing.
