城市排水管道现状评估与非开挖修复技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 城市发生道路塌陷、道路渍水、地下水污染等灾害,多因地下排水管道出现堵塞、渗漏、开裂引起,排水管道的检测评估现已成为城市管道管理运营的一项重要工作。目前常用的排水管道检测技术有管道闭路检测系统、声纳、潜望镜、红外线温度记录分析技术及透地雷达等,各种检测技术适用于不同的环境。为尽量减少干扰民生,原位固化法、螺旋缠绕法、折叠内衬法和短管内衬法等非开挖管道修复加固技术得到广泛应用。通过介绍局部树脂固化修复技术的工作原理、适用范围及工作程序,提出了该方法的检查项目及质量标准等,为城市排水管道现状评估及修复提供参考。 Hazards from urban road collapse,water logging and groundwater pollution etc are mostly caused by underground water drainage pipeline blocking,percolation and cracking.Thus detection and assessment of drainage pipeline are become important jobs in urban pipeline management and operation.At present,frequently used water drainage pipeline detection techniques have pipeline closed circuit detection system,sonar,periscope,infrared temperature recording and analysis technology,as well as ground penetrating radar etc and respectively for different environments.To minimize livelihood disturbance,in situ consolidation,spiral winding,folding lining and short pipe lining etc non-excavation pipeline restoration and consolidation techniques have been widely used.Through introduction to local resin consolidation and restoration technical operation principles,adaptable range and operation procedure have proposed detection items and quality specification etc,as well as provided reference for urban water drainage pipeline status assessment and restoration.
