基于CiteSpace的鳞状非小细胞肺癌维持治疗相关文献可视化分析

Visual Analysis of CiteSpace-based Literature Associated with Maintenance Therapy for Squamous Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的通过对关于鳞状非小细胞肺癌(squamous non-small cell lung cancer,Sq-NSCLC)维持治疗的文献进行可视化分析,探索近5年来该领域的研究现状及热点方向。方法检索Web of Science(WOS)中的Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)中2016年至2020年Sq-NSCLC维持治疗的相关文献,应用CiteSpace 5.7.R2对研究机构、国家合作关系、关键词共现情况及文献共被引情况进行可视化分析。结果共获得192篇文献,被引频次共计3698次,共有46个国家或者地区,56个机构的研究人员发表了关于Sq-NSCLC维持治疗的文章。其中美国、中国、日本发文量较高,俄罗斯、澳大利亚、韩国对该研究领域也具有重要贡献,美国Eli Lilly公司和中国上海交通大学是该研究领域的权威机构。不同国家和机构之间合作不够密切。关于Sq-NSCLC的维持治疗研究,中心性最高的期刊是ANTICANCER RESEARCH,被引频次最高的期刊是JOURNAL OF CLINICAL ONCOLOGY。结论目前关于Sq-NSCLC维持治疗研究文献数量较少,研究热点可能包括化疗和靶向维持治疗Sq-NSCLC的相关机制以及提高患者生存质量的相关研究。

Objective To explore the current status and hotspots of research on maintenance therapy for squamous non-small cell lung cancer(Sq-NSCLC)in the past 5 years through a visual analysis of relevant literature.Methods Relevant literatures in the field of Sq-NSCLC maintenance therapy from 2016 to 2020 were retrieved from the Science Citation Index Expanded(SCI-E)in Web of Science(WOS),and CiteSpaceV 5.7.R2 was used to make a visual analysis on the cooperative relationship of research institutions with the countries,co-incidence of keywords,and co-citation of literatures.Results A total of 192 published papers were obtained,the overall cited frequency arrived to 3698 times,and the authors of the published articles about Sq-NSCLC maintenance treatment came from 56 institutions of 46 countries or regions.The authors from United States,China,and Japan had a higher publication quantity,and the authors from Russia,Australia,South Korea also gave significant contribution to this field of research.The Eli Lilly company of USA and Shanghai Jiaotong University of China are the authorities in the field.The cooperation between countries and institutions was not so closely.Research related to maintenance treatment of Sq-NSCLC was concentrated to the academic journal of ANTICANCER RESEARCH,and the most frequently cited journal is JOURNAL OF CLINICAL ONCOLOGY.Conclusion Currently,there are few literatures on Sq-NSCLC maintenance therapy,and the research focus may include the relevant mechanisms of chemotherapy and targeted maintenance therapy for Sq-NSCLC,as well as related studies on improving the quality of life of patients.
