恶性腹水的中医药研究进展

Research Progress in the Treatment of Malignant Ascites with Traditional Chinese Medicine

恶性腹水为恶性肿瘤常见并发症,严重降低了患者生存质量。中医标本兼治的治疗理念引导了中医医师通过中医辨证论治,运用中药内服、中药腹腔灌注、中药外治法等多种中医治疗手段,或联合化疗,或联合热疗等治疗方法,开展了大量临床试验,探索了中医药治疗恶性腹水的疗效及副作用。本综述通过检索近10年来中医药治疗恶性腹水的文献,侧重于对临床对照试验的回顾,并予以分类整理,总结目前中医药治疗恶性腹水的方法与疗效,指导临床治疗,为下一步开展临床试验提供参考。

Malignant ascites is a common complication of malignant tumors,which seriously lowers the quality of life of patients.The concept of simultaneous treatment of both symptoms and root causes in the field of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has guided TCM practitioners to carry out a large number of clinical trials by using a variety of TCM methods such as oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine,intraperitoneal perfusion of Chinese herbal medicine preparation,external treatment of Chinese herbal medicine,or combined with chemotherapy,or combined with hyperthermia based on syndrome differentiation and treatment.The clinical efficacy and side effects of TCM in the treatment of malignant ascites were explored.This review focused on the review of clinical controlled trials by searching the literature related with the treatment of malignant ascites with TCM in the past 10 years,and summarizes the current methods and efficacy of TCM in the treatment of malignant ascites,so as to guide the clinical treatment and provide reference for the future clinical trials.
