甲状腺细针穿刺病理诊断的临床应用价值

Clinical Application Value of Pathological Diagnosis of Thyroid Fine Needle Aspiration

目的探究对甲状腺疾病患者进行细针穿刺细胞病理学诊断手段对良恶性鉴别诊断价值。方法方便选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院通过B超影像学检查发现有甲状腺结节存在的154例患者临床数据进行分析,患者在入院后在影像学B超引导下完成细针穿刺细胞学诊断。将术后病理诊断作为金标准,比较细针穿刺细胞病理学诊断手段对于甲状腺疾病良恶性鉴别价值。结果在纳入研究患者中经细针穿刺细胞病理学诊断后恶性增生患者为94例,疾病类型包括乳头状癌、髓样癌、可疑甲状腺癌,例数对应85例、1例、8例,良性增生患者为60例。术后病理诊断确认恶性增生患者98例,疾病类型包括乳头状癌、髓样癌,例数对应95例、3例,良性增生患者为56例;良性病变患者中桥本甲状腺炎所占比率显著高于其他两种类型。结论对收治甲状腺结节患者应用细针穿刺病理诊断检查能够有效筛查良恶性病变类型,对后续治疗方案制定有良好的指导效果。

Objective To explore the value of fine-needle aspiration cytopathological diagnosis for patients with thyroid disease in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant.Methods Convenient select from January 2018 to January 2020,the clinical data of 154 patients with thyroid nodules found in the hospital through B-ultrasound imaging examinations were analyzed.After admission,the patients completed fine needle aspiration under the guidance of imaging B-ultrasound Learn diagnosis.Taking the postoperative pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,compare the value of fine-needle aspiration cytopathological diagnosis methods for the differentiation of benign and malignant thyroid diseases.Results Among the included study patients,94 cases of malignant hyperplasia were diagnosed by fine needle aspiration cytology.The types of diseases include papillary carcinoma,medullary carcinoma,and suspected thyroid cancer.The number of cases corresponds to 85 cases,1 case,and 8 cases.There were 60 patients with benign hyperplasia.Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirmed 98 patients with malignant hyperplasia.The types of diseases included papillary carcinoma and medullary carcinoma.The number of cases corresponded to 95 cases and 3 cases.The number of patients with benign hyperplasia was 56 cases.Among the patients with benign lesions,Qiaoben’s thyroiditis accounted for a significant percentage,which was higher than the other two types.Conclusion The application of fine-needle aspiration pathological diagnosis to patients with thyroid nodules can effectively screen the types of benign and malignant lesions,and has a good guiding effect on the subsequent treatment plan formulation.
