甘氨酸喷砂在慢性牙周炎维护治疗期中的应用及其龈下菌斑清除效果探讨

The Application of Glycine Sandblasting in the Maintenance and Treatment Period of Chronic Periodontitis and Its Subgingival Plaque Removal Effect

目的观察慢性牙周炎维护治疗期中甘氨酸喷砂的应用及其龈下菌斑清除效果。方法回顾性方便选取2018年1月—2020年1月该院慢性牙周炎患者100例,依据维护治疗期治疗方法分为甘氨酸喷砂组(n=50)、手器刮治组(n=50)两组,对比两组患者治疗后的龈下菌斑清除效果、龈沟液Caspase-3、Bax、Bcl-2表达量、炎症因子含量。结果治疗前,甘氨酸喷砂组患者龈下菌斑清除效果PI、PD、BOP与手器刮治组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后的甘氨酸喷砂Caspase-3(74.3±8.2)、Bax(70.9±8.2)、Bcl-2(136.5±16.0)、hs-CRP(4.9±0.5)mg/L、IL-1(9.2±1.2)pg/mL、IL-6(2.0±0.3)pg/mL、IL-8(2.2±0.3)pg/mL、IL-10(3.4±0.5)pg/mL均优于手器刮治组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.212、10.480、6.095、5.432、16.676、11.666、13.703、13.339,P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎维护治疗期中甘氨酸喷砂的应用效果较手器刮治好,但二者具有类似的龈下菌斑清除效果。

Objective To observe the application of glycine sandblasting and its subgingival plaque removal effect during the maintenance and treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A retrospective convenient selection of 100 patients with chronic periodontitis in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into glycine sandblasting group(n=50)and hand curettage group(n=50),compared the subgingival plaque removal effect,the expression of Caspase-3,Bax,Bcl-2,and the content of inflammatory factors in the gingival crevicular fluid after treatment.Results Before treatment there was no statistically significant difference in the clearance of subgingival plaque in the glycine sandblasting group with PI,PD,BOP and the hand curettage group(P>0.05);after treatment,the glycine sandblasting Caspase-3(74.3±8.2),Bax(70.9±8.2),Bcl-2(136.5±16.0),hs-CRP(4.9±0.5)mg/L,IL-1(9.2±1.2)pg/mL,IL-6(2.0±0.3)pg/mL,IL-8(2.2±0.3)pg/mL and IL-10(3.4±0.5)pg/mL were better than the hand curettage group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.212,10.480,6.095,5.432,16.676,11.666,13.703,13.339,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of glycine sandblasting in the maintenance and treatment period of chronic periodontitis is better than that of hand scraping,but the two have similar subgingival plaque clearance effects.
