循证护理在神经刺激仪引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Evidence-based Nursing in Nerve Stimulator-guided Lower Brachial Plexus Block Anesthesia

目的探讨循证护理在神经刺激仪引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉中的价值。方法方便选取该院2018年2月—2020年2月收治的120例臂丛神经阻滞麻醉患者,按随机数表法分组,对照组采用传统护理,观察组采取循证护理。对比护理后两组患者疼痛评分、护理依从性以及麻醉成功率。结果观察组的表情疼痛(0.71±0.12)分及言语疼痛(0.69±0.10)分均明显低于对照组(1.09±0.16)分、(0.87±0.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.717、8.104,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理依从性(98.33%)及麻醉成功率(96.67%)高于对照组(86.67%、83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.324、5.926,P<0.05)。结论对神经刺激仪引导下臂丛神经阻滞麻醉患者实施循证护理能够有效提高其依从性,效果满意。

Objective To explore the value of evidence-based nursing in lower brachial plexus block anesthesia guided by nerve stimulator.Methods A total of 120 brachial plexus block anesthesia patients admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method.The control group received traditional nursing care,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing care.The pain score,nursing compliance and anesthesia success rate of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.Results The expression pain(0.71±0.12)points and speech pain(0.69±0.10)points of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(1.09±0.16)points,(0.87±0.14)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=14.717,8.104,P<0.05);the observation group's nursing compliance(98.33%)and anesthesia success rate(96.67%),higher than those of the control group(86.67%,83.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.324,5.926,P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based care for patients with lower brachial plexus block anesthesia guided by the nerve stimulator can effectively improve their compliance,with satisfactory results,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
