中医特色干预辅以心理护理在中风偏瘫患者中的应用价值

Application Value of Characteristic Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine Supplemented by Psychological Nursing in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的探讨中医特色干预辅以心理护理在中风偏瘫患者中的应用价值。方法方便选择2018年1月—2019年6月在该院进行治疗的中风偏瘫患者86例,以随机数表法,分为对照组与研究组,每组43例,分别行心理护理、心理护理+中医特色干预,比较两组护理前后神经功能缺损评分、生活质量评分,肢体运动功能评分,焦虑、抑郁评分与护理满意度。结果护理前,对照组神经功能缺损、生活质量评分为(8.12±0.15)分、(62.41±3.54)分,研究组为(8.11±0.14)分、(62.40±3.58)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.320、0.013,P>0.05);护理后,对照组神经功能缺损、生活质量评分为(2.84±0.12)分、(72.38±2.45)分,研究组为(2.52±0.01)分、(81.27±1.15)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.426、21.539,P<0.05);护理前,对照组上肢运动功能评分为(48.43±3.15)分、下肢运动功能评分为(12.21±3.24)分,研究组为(48.31±3.20)分、(12.25±3.18)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.175、0.058,P>0.05);护理后,对照组上肢运动功能评分为(52.22±2.45)分、下肢运动功能评分为(18.14±2.40)分,研究组为(62.27±1.11)分、(29.27±1.23)分,差异有统计学意义(t=24.502、27.063,P<0.05);护理前,对照组焦虑评分为(64.25±4.05)分、抑郁评分为(66.27±5.24)分,研究组为(64.30±4.00)分、(66.25±5.28)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.058、0.018,P>0.05);护理后,对照组焦虑评分为(52.28±1.57)分、抑郁评分为(52.14±3.45)分,研究组为(48.00±0.15)分、(49.01±1.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=17.795、5.654,P<0.05);对照组护理满意度为81.40%,研究组为97.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.467,P<0.05)。结论对中风偏瘫患者进行心理护理结合中医特色干预,可改善患者神经功能缺损状况、生活质量评分、肢体运动功能,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高护理满意度,价值显著。

Objective To explore the application value of characteristic intervention of traditional Chinese medicine supplemented by psychological nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019 convenient selected 86 patients with stroke hemiplegia treated in the hospital and divided into control group and study group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group,the control group underwent psychological care.The study group underwent psychological nursing+traditional Chinese medicine intervention,comparing the scores of neurological deficits,quality of life,limb motor function scores,anxiety,depression scores and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,the scores of neurological deficit and quality of life in the control group were(8.12±0.15)points and(62.41±3.54)points,while those in the study group were(8.11±0.14)points and(62.40±3.58)points.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.320,0.013,P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of neurological deficit and quality of life in the control group were(2.84±0.12)points and(72.38±2.45)points,and the study group were(2.52±0.01)points and(81.27±1.15)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.426,21.539,P<0.05);before nursing,the upper limb motor function score of the control group was(48.43±3.15)points,and the lower limb motor function score was(12.21±3.24)points,the study group was(48.31±3.20)points and(12.25±3.18)points,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.175,0.058,P>0.05);after nursing,the upper limb motor function score of the control group was(52.22±2.45)points,lower limb motor function scores was(18.14±2.40)points,the study group were(62.27±1.11)points and(29.27±1.23)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=24.502,27.063,P<0.05).Before nursing,the anxiety score of the control group was(64.25±4.05)points and the depression score was(66.27±5.24)points,and the study group were(64.30±4.00)points and(66.25±5.28)points.The difference was not statistically significant(t=0.058,0.018,P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety score of the control group was(52.28±1.57)points,the depression score was(52.14±3.45)points,and the study group was(48.00±0.15)points and(49.01±1.13)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.795,5.654,P<0.05);nursing satisfaction in the control group was 81.40%,and the study group was 97.67%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.467,P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine interventions for patients with stroke and hemiplegia can improve the patients'neurological deficits,quality of life scores,limb motor function,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve nursing satisfaction.It has significant value.
