夹脊电针在中风后吞咽障碍患者恢复中的临床疗效探讨

The Clinical Effect of Jiaji Electroacupuncture in the Recovery of Patients with Dysphagia after Stroke

目的观察夹脊电针在中风后吞咽障碍患者恢复中的临床疗效。方法随机选择2018年1月—2019年12月至该院进行治疗的吞咽障碍患者100例进行临床研究。随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组患者给予常规康复治疗。观察组在对照组治疗方案基础上给予电针治疗。使用洼田饮水试验、标准吞咽功能评价量表(SSA)对两组患者治疗前后进行测试,比较两组患者治疗前后的试验结果以及临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗前SSA评分差异无统计学意义(t=0.646,P=0.520),治疗后但观察组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.487,P=0.015)。观察组治疗总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029)。结论夹脊电针对于中风后吞咽障碍患者的吞咽功能恢复具有积极的意义,能够明显改善患者吞咽功能,提高治疗效果,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiaji electroacupuncture in the recovery of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 100 patients with dysphagia who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly selected for clinical research.Randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.Patients in the control group were given conventional rehabilitation treatment.The observation group was given electroacupuncture on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The Watian drinking water test and the Standard Swallowing Function Assessment Scale(SSA)were used to test the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and to compare the test results and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SSA scores between the two groups before treatment(t=0.646,P=0.520).After treatment,the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.487,P=0.015).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.762,P=0.029).Conclusion Jiaji Electric has positive significance for the recovery of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.It can significantly improve the swallowing function of patients and improve the treatment effect.It has important clinical application value.
