miRNA在非小细胞肺癌诊断和治疗中的研究进展

摘要 非小细胞肺癌是发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,微小RNA(micro-ribonucleic acid,miRNA)是一种长度约20~25个核苷酸的非编码小RNA,可调节人体大约30%的基因,近年的研究发现miRNA在肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用,可能成为非小细胞肺癌分子诊断和治疗的新靶点,该文就miRNA与非小细胞肺癌的诊断与治疗的研究进展作综述。 Non-small cell lung cancer is the malignant tumor with the highest incidence.Micro-ribonucleic acid(miRNA)is a non-coding small RNA with a length of about 20-25 nucleotides,which can regulate about 30%of the human body.In recent years,studies have found that miRNA plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors,and may become a new target for molecular diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.This article focuses on summarizing the research progress of miRNA and the diagnosis and treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
