粤港澳大湾区青年创新创业的影响因素研究——基于创业菁英访谈的质性分析

Young People’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Influence Factors in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Research

青年群体作为建设粤港澳大湾区的关键核心力量,其创新创业活动为湾区的建设与发展注入了新的动力。本文通过对48篇港澳青年内地创新创业访谈文本进行分析,发现影响港澳青年到内地湾区创新创业的最主要因素是资源条件,其次是发展空间、创业收益、生活适配度和创业者自身等因素。如何进一步打造更加优质的创业环境,扩充创业青年队伍,在培养本土创新人才的同时加大人才引进力度,促进湾区青年交流与融合成为关键。

As the core force in building the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,young people’s innovation and entrepreneurship can inject new vitality into the area.In order to study the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people in Hong Kong and Macao,NVivo11 software was introduced in this paper to conduct qualitative analysis on 48 interviews of innovation and entrepreneurship among young people in Mainland Of Hong Kong and Macao.The results show that the most important factors affecting young people from Hong Kong and Macao to the mainland Bay area for innovation and entrepreneurship are resource conditions,followed by development space,income from entrepreneurship,life adaptability and entrepreneurs’own factors.The surveyed young people from Hong Kong and Macao believe that the Greater Bay Area should create a better business environment and expand the ranks of young entrepreneurs.
