考虑随机需求和区块链理念的绿色供应链协调研究

摘要 基于区块链理念构建了单个制造商和单个零售商组成的集中式、分散式、收益共享-绿色制造成本分担契约下绿色供应链决策模型,并对模型进行了求解,最后通过仿真分析比较验证了相关结论。研究发现:收益分享比例与绿色制造成本分担比例及回购系数对供应链协调具有显著的联合效应。绿色供应链协调时,区块链理念下的制造商、零售商及供应链整体收益较高,同时促使产品绿色度水平提升,零售商订购量增加,供应链鲁棒性提升。 Based on the concept of blockchain and Stackelberg game theory,this paper makes a study of the co⁃ordination problem of green supply chain under stochastic demand.Firstly,based on the concept of blockchain,it constructs green supply chain decision-making models composed of single manufacturer and single retailer under centralized,decentralized,revenue sharing—green manufacturing cost sharing contracts.Secondly,it seeks the solu⁃tion to the model.Finally,relevant conclusions are verified through simulation analysis and comparison.The study finds that the revenue sharing ratio,green manufacturing cost-sharing ratio and buy-back coefficients have a signifi⁃cant combined effect on supply chain coordination.When green supply chains are in a coordinated state,the overall revenue of manufacturers,retailers,and supply chains under the blockchain concept is higher than that under the non-blockchain concept.Simultaneously,it improves product greenness level,retailers’ordering and supply chain robustness.The study has higher value of reference for green supply chain enterprises conducting decision making of green manufacturing and coordination contract design.
