以白求恩精神引领退休党员志愿服务的实践与思考

Practice and exploration of volunteer service of retired party members guided by the spirit of bethune

白求恩精神是伟大的国际主义、共产主义精神,是我国医疗卫生行业的光辉旗帜。本文重点介绍我院离退休党总支开展学习白求恩精神,引领退休党员开展志愿服务,在对白求恩精神的宣传与学习;发挥党的组织引领作用;引导退休党员专家发挥余热;带动更多老党员加入志愿服务这四个方面进行了初步的实践,取得了一定的效果。

The spirit of Bethune is a great spirit of internationalism and communism and the glorious banner for China’s medical and health industry.The general Party branch of retired employees in our hospital has carried out the study of the spirit of Bethune and guided the retired Party members to provide volunteer services.Preliminary practice has been carried out in these four aspects:publicity and study of the spirit of Bethune;exerting the Party’s organizing and guiding capacity;leading the retired Party member experts to play their due roles;promting more senior Party members to participate in volunteer services,and preliminary results have been achieved.
