党建引领下文化建设与思想政治工作相融合的探讨

在深化医药卫生体制改革的新时期,中共中央办公厅印发了《关于加强公立医院党的建设工作的意见》,明确要求各级公立医院要充分发挥党组织领导作用,贯彻落实党的卫生与健康工作方针,把公立医院党的建设与业务工作相融合,努力建设患者放心、人民满意的公立医院。如何在党的领导下,继承思想政治教育的优秀传统,创新公立医院文化建设,将公立医院文化建设与思想政治教育融合成为一个重要课题。现代医院管理制度体系下,医院思想政治工作与文化建设作为医院发展的软实力,发挥着越来越重要的作用。为实现医院思想政治工作与文化建设的融合共进,本文从两者融合的必要性和可行性出发,分析两者融合存在的问题和不足之处,结合医院实际,探讨二者融合共建的发展途径。

In the new era of deepening the reform of the medical and health system,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued the“Opinions on Strengthening the Party Building Work in Public Hospitals”,which clearly requires public hospitals at all levels to give full play to the leadership role of the party organization,implement the party’s health work policy and integrate party building and business work in public hospitals so as to strive to build public hospitals where patients are assured and the people are satisfied.How to carry on the excellent tradition of ideological and political education under the leadership of the party,innovate the cultural construction of public hospitals,and integrate the cultural construction of public hospitals with ideological and political education has become an important topic.Under the modern hospital management system,the ideological and political work and cultural construction of hospitals are playing an increasingly important role as the soft power of hospital development.In order to realize the integration of hospital ideological and political work and cultural construction,this article proceeds from the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the two,analyzes the problems and shortcomings of the integration,and explores the integration and co-construction of the two based on the actual situation of the hospital.
