人员素质测评方法在三甲公立医院招聘中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 党的十九大报告指出:“人才是实现民族振兴、赢得国际竞争主动的战略资源”,同样,人才也是帮助企业、单位发展的重要战略资源。现代人力资源管理中强调“人岗匹配”,而实现人力资源的优化配置,则离不开对员工进行素质测评,做到“人尽其事、人事相宜”。本文将以三甲公立医院的招聘方法为基础,通过介绍医院当前主要的人员素质测评方法,结合当前招聘工作所面临挑战,分析医院面对招聘中的优劣势,探讨未来医院招聘的改进方向。无特别说明,本文所述的招聘统一为医院每年的校园招聘。 As the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China said,“talent is a strategic resource to realize national rejuvenation and win the initiative of international competition”,and also an important strategic resource to help enterprises and units develop.Modern Human Resources Management emphasized“person-to-job match”,but the realization of the optimal allocation of human resources can not be separated from the quality assessment of employees in order to achieve the goal of“people do their best with a perfect person-to-job match.”Based on the recruitment method of a large tertiary public hospital,this paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of hospital recruitment and discussed the improvement direction of hospital recruitment methods in the future by introducing the current main personnel quality assessment method in light of the challenges faced by the current recruitment work.
