科研经费管理平台构建在卫生科技项目实践中的探讨

随着科技创新的不断发展,国家越发地注重科研项目的开展,并且不断地加大卫生科技项目的投入,如何有效地管理科研经费是相关部门需要认真考虑的问题。本课题组经过参加科研项目专项审计,对科研经费支出进行全面分析,总结科研经费管理及应用中的问题,并结合医院科研管理部门及财会工作实践,提出科学合理地进行科研经费管理的意见,完善科研经费使用的流程。

With the continuous development of scientific and technological innovation,the country pays more and more attention to the development of scientific research projects,and constantly increases the investment in science and technology.Therefore,relevant departments need to seriously consider measures to effectively manage scientific research funds.By participating in the special audit of scientific research projects,our research group comprehensively analyzed the expenditure of scientific research funds,summarized the problems in the management and application of scientific research funds in line with the practice of hospital scientific research management departments and financial accounting work,and made proposals of properly managing scientific research funds so as to improve the procedure for the management and application of the funds.
