桂林市不同级别医院患者安全文化认知水平的比较

Cognition of patient safety culture in hospitals of different levels in Guilin

目的分析导致桂林市不同级别医院医务人员患者安全文化认知水平产生差异性的影响因素。方法采用病人安全文化量表进行调查,用方差分析比较不同级别医疗机构患者安全文化的得分情况,并使用多重线性回归分析影响因素。结果3种不同级别医院患者安全文化得分为:三级医院(59.11±6.24)分,二级医院(56.34±6.79)分,一级医院(54.90±5.47)分;影响不同级别医院医务人员患者安全文化认知水平的因素有:医院级别、岗位类别、用工性质、职称、学历、直接接触患者情况、是否参与患者安全管理相关工作、对患者安全文化的熟悉程度。结论三级医院患者安全文化认知水平最好,其次是二级医院,最后是一级医院;医院因素对患者安全文化的影响程度比医务人员个体因素大。建议在制订提升患者安全文化的政策时,应充分考虑医院因素对患者安全文化的影响。

Objective To analyze the cognition of medical staff in different levels of hospitals in Guilin on patient safety culture,and explore the influencing factors.Methods Patient safety culture scale was used for the investigation.The scores of patient safety culture in different levels of medical institutions were compared by variance analysis,and the influencing factors were explored by multiple linear regression.Results The scores of patient safety culture in the first-level,second-level and third-level hospitals were(59.11±6.24),(56.34±6.79),and(54.90±5.47),respectively.The factors affecting the cognitive level of patient safety culture of medical staff in different levels of hospitals included hospital level,job category,employment nature,professional title,educational background,direct contact with patients,participation in patient safety management-related work,and familiarity with patient safety culture.Conclusion The cognitive level of patient safety culture in general hospitals is the highest,followed by secondary hospitals and community health service centers.The influence of hospital factors on patient safety culture is greater than that of medical individuals.It is suggested that the influence of hospital factors on patient safety culture should be fully considered when formulating policies to improve patient safety culture.
