住院病案首页与DRG关系发展研究——基于CiteSpace的可视化分析

基于中国知网(CNKI)期刊库,利用CiteSpace 5.7 R5可视化软件和计量统计方法对住院病案首页与DRG关系发展的研究现状及研究热点进行研究分析。结果表明:近年来,住院病案首页与DRG关系的发展主要经历了萌芽探索期、缓慢增长期、快速增长期3个阶段,医药卫生方针政策与法律法规研究学科是该领域的最主要研究阵地,研究逐步受到关注和重视但尚未形成明显的核心作者群,研究主力军主要集中在各大医疗卫生机构,且他们之间没有明显的合作关系。研究热点主要围绕付费方式,绩效管理,入组率等领域。研究热点丰富但广度深度不够,应进一步提高研究质量,加强团队间合作交流,提高病案首页填报质量。

Based on CNKI journal database,this paper analyzes the research status and hot spots of the relationship between the front page of inpatient medical records and DRG by using CiteSpace 5.7 R5 visualization software and quantitative statistical methods.The results show that:in recent years,the development of the relationship between the front page of inpatient medical records and DRG has mainly experienced three stages:embryonic exploration stage,slow growth stage and rapid growth stage.The research of medical and health policies and laws and regulations is the main research position in this field,and the research has gradually received attention and attention,but no obvious core author group has been formed,The main research force is mainly concentrated in the major medical and health institutions,and there is no obvious cooperative relationship between them.Research focus mainly around the payment method,performance management,enrollment rate and other fields.We should further improve the quality of research,strengthen the cooperation and communication between teams,and improve the quality of the first page of medical records.
