摘要
以某大型三甲公立医院在疫情后开展的一系列人才招聘面试工作为基础,对250名参加招聘面试的对象进行分析,结合当前存在的客观问题进行分析线上面试的优缺点,并提出后续改进建议。
Based on a series of talent recruitment interviews conducted by a general public hospital after the pandemic,the authors in this paper looked into 250 candidates for job interviews,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of online interviews in the light of the current objective problems,and put forward suggestions for follow-up improvement.
