广东省医疗卫生体制改革中医务社工的岗位设置分析

Post placement of medical social workers in the health care system reforms of Guangdong

当前正值医疗卫生体制改革的关键时期,也是建立健全完整医务社会工作制度的最佳时期,为此以广东省为例,研究医务社工在医疗卫生体制改革中的岗位设置。本文采用大数据分析技术对医务社会工作岗位进行分类,以进一步明确医务社会工作的内涵,普及医务社会工作的理念,使岗位的具体工作内容、工作的职责范围以及胜任医务社会工作的条件更清晰化,依据岗位的配置原则对医务社工在医疗卫生体制改革中的岗位进行设置。以广东省第二人民医院为例进行实证分析,结果表明岗位设置后医务社工的工作适应时间更短,患者对的医务社工工作的满意程度也更高,医务社会工作的发展较医疗卫生体制改革前更好。

The current critical period for health care system reforms is the right time for establishing a complete medical social work system.For this reason,this paper took Guangdong as an example to study the post placement of medical social workers in the health care system reform.This paper adopted big data analysis technology to classify medical social post positions so as to further clarify the connotation of medical social work,popularize the concept of medical social work,and make sure the specific job content,scope of work,and qualifications for competent medical social work clearer.According to the principle of job allocation,the posts of medical social workers in the health care system reform were established.Taking Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital as an example for empirical analysis,the results showed that after the placement of posts,the medical social workers adapted themselves to the posts in a shorter period of time and patients were more satisfied with their services and the development of medical social work was better than before the reform.
