摘要
目的分析介护技术在我国的研究现状及存在问题,探讨下一步研究重点和发展方向,为我国老年护理事业多元化发展提供借鉴。方法以CNKI、CBM、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库为来源,以“介护技术”OR“日本介护”OR“移动介护技术”为检索词,检索时间为建库至2020年7月1日。运用NoteExpress和Excel两款软件对纳入文献的发表年份、期刊分布、第一作者地区和机构分布、基金信息、关键词和研究内容进行统计分析。结果共纳入146篇文献,文献最早发表于1998年,分别发表在86种期刊上,作者署名在2名及以上共91篇(62.33%)。论文合作度为2.29,获得项目基金资助共有33篇(22.60%),研究内容主要集中在介护保险制度的介绍、介护人才的培养以及对我国老年护理的启示。结论介护技术可有效缓解特殊人群医疗及照护的压力,为我国老年护理提供经验,有利于建立符合我国的老年照护制度。
Objective To analyze the domestic research status and existing problems in tendance and explore the focus and development direction of its future research in order to provide reference for the diversified development of geriatric care in China.Methods CNKI,CBM,Wanfang database and VIP Chinese science and technology periodical database were searched from the inception of the database to July 1,2020 for the literature by retrieving such keywords as tendance OR tendance in Japan OR mobile tendance.Two softwares,Noteexpress and Excel,were adopted to analyze the year of publication,journal distribution,the regions and institution distributions of the first author,fund information,key words and research content of included literature.Results A total of 146 papers were included.Among of them,the papers were initially published on 86 journals in 1998.Additionally,a total of 91 papers(62.33%)were completed by two or more authors.The cooperation degree of papers was 2.29,and 33 papers(22.60%)were funded by the project funds.The research contents mainly focused on the introduction of the nursing insurance system,the training of nursing talents and the enlightenment to the geriatric care in China.Conclusion Nursing care can effectively relieve the pressure of medical treatment and care for special population,and provide experience for geriatric nursing in China,which is conducive to the establishment of geriatric care system suitable for China.
