介绍了某医院在制定智慧后勤综合管理平台建设的工作流程,以及平台的设置标准、关键指标、体系架构和实现路径。为实现医院后勤业务的全覆盖及全流程管理,提升后勤管理效率提供参考。
This paper introduces the workflow,unified standards,key indicators,system architecture and implementation path of intelligent logistics integrated management platform in a hospital.This platform has realized the full coverage and the whole process management of the hospital logistics operation,and has promoted the management efficiency of the hospital logistics.
