长链非编码RNA SNHG7与胃肠肿瘤临床病理特征及疾病进展关系的Meta分析

Relationship between long non-coding RNA SNHG7 and clinicopathological characteristics and disease progression of gastrointestinal tumors: a meta-analysis

目的:对长链非编码RNA小核仁RNA宿主基因7(SNHG7)的表达水平与胃肠肿瘤的临床病理特征和疾病进展的关系进行Meta分析。方法:检索Pub Med、Cochrane library、Embase、Web of Science、Google Scholar和中国知网数据库中关于SNHG7的表达与胃肠肿瘤的临床病理特征和疾病进展关系的中英文文献。文献检索的截止日期为2020年2月29日。结果:4篇文献共计345例患者纳入Meta分析,SNHG7的表达与胃肠肿瘤的淋巴结转移密切相关(OR=4.25,95%CI:2.25~8.041,P<0.001),与胃肠肿瘤的分化程度(OR=0.44,95%CI:0.22~0.88,P=0.02)、分期(OR=0.30, 95%CI:0.19~0.50,P<0.001)和浸润深度(OR=0.31,95%CI:0.20~0.49,P<0.001)密切相关,而与患者的性别及肿瘤的远处转移无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论:长链非编码RNA SNHG7可以作为评估胃肠肿瘤临床病理特征的潜在标志物,并帮助我们预测疾病的进展,从而指导临床的治疗。

Objective: To systematically review the relationship between expression level of long non-coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 7 and the clinicopathological characteristics and disease progression of gastrointestinal tumors. Methods: To search the Chinese and English literatures about the expression of SNHG7, clinicopathological characteristics and disease progression of gastrointestinal tumors in PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMBASE, web of science, Google Scholar and CNKI databases. The deadline of literature search is February 29, 2020. Results: A total of 345 patients in 4 literatures were included in the meta-analysis. SNHG7 expression was closely related to the lymph node metastasis(OR=4.25, 95% CI=2.25~8.041, P<0.001), tumor differentiation(OR=0.44, 95% CI=0.22~0.88, P=0.02), tumor stage(OR=0.30, 95% CI: 0.19~0.50, P<0.001)and depth of tumor invasion(OR=0.31, 95% CI: 0.20~0.49), P<0.001), but the expression of SNHG7 was not significantly correlated with gender of the patients and distant metastasis of tumors. Conclusion:Long non-coding RNA SNHG7 can be used as a potential marker to evaluate the clinicopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal tumors, and help us predict the progress of the disease,so as to guide the clinical treatment.
