基于BP神经网络算法下网红食品柳州螺蛳粉的影响分析与销量预测

Influence Analysis and Sales Forecast of Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle of Internet-famous Food Based on BP Neural Network Algorithm

柳州螺蛳粉是网红经济下一款颇具潜力的流量商品,影响分析与销量预测是科学把握未来市场并维持其盈利的立足点。本文在爬取了淘宝网螺蛳粉商品原价最低、原价最高、折扣率、库存等16项数据的基础上,利用线性回归及BP神经网络算法进行螺蛳粉商品的销量预测与影响分析。研究得出:在一定合理范围内螺蛳粉售价能正向促进自身销售量的增加;商品库存对螺蛳粉的销售情况呈负相关影响;在一定的价格、库存范围内使用BP神经网络算法进行预测,销量预测准确率为64%。最后本文提出应当汇聚柳州螺蛳粉商品自身的核心竞争力、紧跟市场走向等建议,以供参考。

Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle is a potential commodity in the internet celebrity economy.Impact analysis and sales forecast are the footholds for scientifically grasping the future market and maintaining its profitability.Based on 16 items of data,such as the lowest original price,the highest original price,discount rate and inventory of River Snails Rice Noodle on taobao.com,this paper uses linear regression and BP neural network algorithms to predict and analyze the sales volume of River Snails Rice Noodle products.The study concluded that the price of River Snails Rice Noodle within a certain reasonable range can positively promote the increase in sales;commodity inventory has a negative impact on the sales of River Snails Rice Noodle;in a certain range of price and inventory,BP neural network algorithm is used to forecast,and the accuracy of sales forecast is 64%.Finally,this article puts forward suggestions that should gather the core competitiveness of Liuzhou River Snails Rice Noodle products and keep up with the market trend for reference.
