In the economic cycle of"production-distribution-circulation-consumption",consumption is the end and purpose.As a consumption-driven city,Beijing's service consumption accounts for more than 50%,becoming the leading force leading the transformation and upgrading of consumption in the capital.Under the new development pattern of domestic and international dual circulation,Beijing should strengthen the basic role of consumption in economic development,take service consumption as an important starting point,vigorously build an international consumption center city,and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of the capital's economy.
