2020年12月23日,国家发改委在《关于加快构建全国一体化大数据中心协同创新体系的指导意见(发改高技〔2020〕1922号)》指出:加快构建全国一体化大数据中心协同创新体系,是贯彻落实党中央、国务院决策部署的具体举措。以深化数据要素市场化配置改革为核心,优化数据中心建设布局,推动算力、算法、数据、应用资源集约化和服务化创新,对于深化政企协同、行业协同、区域协同,全面支撑各行业数字化升级和产业数字化转型具有重要意义。本文以出租车费报销流程自动化为例,阐述大数据应用为企业所带来的巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

On December 23,2020,the National Development and Reform Commission stated in the"Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a National Integrated Big Data Center Collaborative Innovation System(Development and Reform High Technology[2020]No.1922)":Accelerating the construction of collaborative innovation system of national big data center is a specific measure to implement the decision and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council.It is of great significance to deepen the government-enterprise collaboration,industry collaboration and regional collaboration,and comprehensively support the digital upgrading and industrial digital transformation of various industries by taking deepening the reform of data market configuration as the core,optimizing the construction layout of data center,and promoting the intensive and service-oriented innovation of computing power,algorithm,data and application resources.Taking the process automation of taxi reimbursement as an example,this paper expounds the huge economic and social benefits brought by the application of big data for enterprises.This article takes the automation of the taxi fare reimbursement process as an example to illustrate the huge economic and social benefits brought by the application of big data to enterprises.
