校企深度融合助推“双创”人才的培养——以地方高校国际经济与贸易专业为例

Research on the Deep Integration of School and Enterprise to Promote the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents--Taking the International Economy and Trade Major of Local University as an Example

改革开放以来,随着我国经济与科技不断发展,我国经济进入了飞速发展阶段,与其他国家之间的贸易往来日益密切,很多企业与高校也逐渐意识到这一领域当中对于人才的需求,所以高校纷纷建立了国际经济与贸易专业,同时企业逐渐加强和高校的合作,以深度的融合来建立校企合作的模式。但是如何才能从双创的角度去培养全面型的人才目前也是我国企业和高校所重视的问题。本文从双创在地方高校国际经济与贸易教育转型当中的战略地位、双创在国际经济与贸易人才培养工作中存在的主要问题,以及双创国际经济与贸易教育和人才培养机制的创新这三个方面展开讨论,并对校企深度融合助推国际经济与贸易“双创”人才的培养提出建议。

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous development of China's economy and technology,China's economy has entered a stage of rapid development,and trade with other countries has become increasingly close.Many companies and universities have gradually realized the demand for talents in international trade,so universities have established international economics and trade majors,and companies have gradually strengthened cooperation with universities and established a school-enterprise cooperation model through in-depth integration.However,how to cultivate comprehensive talents from the perspective of entrepreneurship and innovation is currently an issue that Chinese enterprises and universities should pay attention to.This article discusses the strategic position,main issues,and innovation of talent training mechanism in the transformation of international economics and trade majors of local colleges and universities,and puts forward some suggestions for the deep integration of colleges and enterprises to promote the cultivation of international economic and trade talents.
