摘要
春小麦新品种定西49号是以外引材料叙利亚S75为母本、定西36号为父本杂交选育而成的。2018—2019年参加甘肃省旱地春小麦新品种区域试验,2 a平均折合产量3 034.5kg/hm^(2),较对照品种西旱2号增产8.58%。2020年在甘肃省旱地春小麦新品种生产试验中,平均折合产量3 546.9 kg/hm^(2),较对照品种西旱2号增产8.73%。籽粒含粗蛋白质(干基)140.0 g/kg、湿面筋321.0 g/kg、赖氨酸3.8 g/kg,沉降值32.1 mL,吸水率60.5%,稳定时间1.6 min,最大拉伸阻力142 E.U,拉伸面积26 cm^(2)。适宜在海拔1 700~2 300 m、年降水量350~400 mm的甘肃中部春麦旱地种植。
Dingxi 49 is bred by hybridization with Introduction material Syria S75 as female parent and Dingxi 36 as male parent.In 2018—2019,the average yield was 3034.5 kg/hm^(2)and 8.58%higher than that of Xihan 2 in Spring Wheat Regional Test in Dryland of Gansu Province.In 2020,the average yield was 3546.9 kg/hm^(2)and 8.73%higher than that of Xihan 2 in Spring Wheat Production Test in Dryland of Gansu Province.The content of grain crude protein is 140.0 g/kg,wet gluten is 321.0 g/kg,sedimentation value is 32.1 mL,lysine is 3.8 g/kg,water absorption rate is 60.5%,stability time is 1.6 min,the maximum tensile resistance is 142 E.U,and the tensile area is 26 cm^(2).It is suitable to be grown in spring wheat dryland of central Gansu with an annual precipitation of 350~400 mm and an elevation of 1700~2300 m.
