曲靖大型灌区续建配套与节水改造项目实施效果评价

Impact Assessment of Continued Construction and Water-saving Reconstruction Project in Qujing Large Irrigation District

经水利部批准,曲靖灌区1997年开始实施续建配套与节水改造建设,2018年共完成25期建设项目,实施完成骨干灌排渠道490.1km及渠系建筑物和灌区信息化建设,完成投资61 378×10^(4)元。项目实施后,骨干工程配套率和设施完好率明显提高,灌溉条件得到改善,有力地促进了种植结构优化调整和农业节水增产及农民增收,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。目前灌区还需国家继续扶持,进行现代化改造建设,实现规划预期目标任务,把灌区真正建成保障国家粮食安全生产的基地。

With the approval of Ministry of Water Resources,Qujing Irrigation District began to implement the construction of supporting facilities and water-saving reconstruction in 1997.In 2018,25 construction projects were completed,including 490.1km of key irrigation and drainage channels,canal system buildings and irrigation information construction,with an investment of 613.78 million yuan.After the implementation of project,the matching rate of key projects and the intact rate of facilities have been significantly improved,and irrigation conditions have been improved,which has effectively promoted the optimization and adjustment of planting structure,water-saving and yield increase of agricultural,income increase of farmers,and has achieved significant economic and social benefits.At present,state still needs to continue to support the irrigation district,carry out the modernization construction,achieve the expected goals and tasks of the planning,and truly build the irrigation area into a base to ensure the national food safety production.
